The School

The school is located in a traditional 19th Century manor house, 10 minutes walking distance from the beach and the town centre. It offers 16 comfortable classrooms, most with interactive whiteboards, a computer room with free internet access, webcams and skype, a private cinema, a library, and orangery style cafe, a large garden, a student lounge and conference rooms.

Lessons

The English lessons take place from 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday (with breaks). They are organised by levels (elementary to advanced) and comprise a maximum of eight students. The lessons integrate the four main language skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing.

In the summer (15th June to 24th August), lessons take place from 9am to 1pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The summer course includes a full day excursion on Wednesdays.

Activities

The programme includes a golf course. For golfers with an official handicap, the course includes 5 green fees (which can be exchanged for private coaching sessions), unlimited playing time on the course and transport to the golf course. For inexperienced golfers, without an official handicap, the course includes three hours of professional golf coaching and practice each afternoon.

Accommodation

The programme can be booked with or without accommodation. The school offers the following types of accommodation: host families, guest houses, hotels and private apartments.
