Situated between the Pyrenees, the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, Toulouse is a perfect jumping off point for year round adventure: skiing, swimming, hiking, camping and exploring the region's rich 2000 year history. Toulouse is the 4th largest city and the 2nd university town in France.

The School

The school is located on the second floor of a beautiful 19th Century Toulousan building in the city center, 5 minutes walk from Place du Capitole, the city hall and central plaza de Toulouse. It offers eight spacious and sunny classrooms with air conditioning and a student computer lab with internet access.

Lessons

This course combines standard lessons in the morning with private lessons in the afternoon. This combination offers the dynamic and interaction of a group and the possibility to focus on specific interests.

Activities

During the summer there is a full and varied activity programme in which you may participate on a pay as you go basis. Throughout the year the school will propose a limited number of activities, subject to student number. If you want to do an activity which is not on the programme, don?t hesitate to ask the school to help you organise it!
Activities in Toulouse include guided tours of the monuments and Renaissance mansions of Toulouse, wine-tasting with an introduction to oenology, discover regional French cuisine in convivial local restaurants, boat cruises on the Garonne or Canal du Midi with historical commentary, visit the famous Airbus aeronautics manufactory, sing-along in French, led by a teacher/musician on the guitar, video night: showing of a French film, various sports activities (ice and roller skating, bowling, pétanque, crew (rowing), soccer and rugby), French cooking classes, excursions to various places and more.

Accommodation

The course can be booked with or without accommodation. The following types of accommodation are available: host family (Half Board), flat share with French people in Toulouse with cooking facilities, apartments and hotels.
