Two thousand years of history combined with Parisian style has made this beautiful romantic city a home for painters, writers and poets. There are literally thousands of spectacular attractions including world famous museums, sculptures and architecture.

The School

The centre is located in the heart of Paris not far from the Champs Elysées. The school offers nine newly refurbished air conditioned classrooms. The school is within walking distance of Mirosmenil (lines 9 et 13), Monceau (line 2) and Villiers (line 3).

Lessons

The French conversational lessons take place every morning from 11am to 1pm and comprise a maximum of ten students. The course consists of listening exercises, role plays, speaking practice and guided conversation. It is a very lively course concentrating on oral expression, pronunciation, learning vocabulary based on French culture, way of thinking and society.

Discovery Workshops

The school offers various workshops in the afternoon designed for students who already have a good knowledge of French. Students can sign up for several workshops (depending on schedule). Each workshop costs 98 Euros for two weeks (6 hours). Workshops offered are: Gastronomy and the French 'Art de Vivre', Paris - the world's Fashion Capital, French Society and Mentality and Paris - the crossroads of art and creativeness - phonetics - written French.

Activities

A cultural deparment is available to supply students with information, documents and brochures concerning cultural life in Paris (museums, monuments, theatre, shows, cultural centres, season tickets and street maps). They can also help you organise your own cultural programme according to your interests.

Throughout the year guided visits are available in conjunction with the Club International des Jeunes à Paris.

Accommodation

The course can be booked with or without accommodation. The following types of accommodation are available: host family (half board), student residence (summer) or hotel. Please ask us for more detailed information.
