The School

The school is located in a spacious nineteenth century three-storey building in the heart of the city. It offers fifteen bright air-conditioned classrooms, a computer and self study room as well as a lovely lounge leading onto a very pretty sheltered garden.

Lessons

This course combines the standard course with 10 private lessons in the afternoon.

The private lessons are oriented towards the medical field. The programme presents the French health system with a variety of supporting documents (television programmes, reference websites, medical training CD-ROMs, etc.) and through simulations of practical situations that arise in a hospital environment. The programme also focuses on patient-doctor relations in daily situations (making an appointment, consultation, diagnosis, prescription) and communication between doctors.

Prior to your lessons, you will be asked to fill in a fiche de besoin regarding the specific topics you wish to cover.

Accommodation

The course can be booked with or without accommodation. The following types of accommodation are available: host family (half board), apartments in Residence such as Residence Citea** and Aparthotel Citadines*** or hotels. Please ask us for more detailed information.
