Vichy
Known as a lovely spa resort in Auvergne, Vichy is a very pretty town with great cultural activities, sports and balneotherapy. Centrally located, it is also the ideal departure point for excursions in Auvergne and in the Bourbonnais region, as well as for weekends in Paris, Lyon or Provence.

The School

The school is located in exceptional surroundings on the campus of the new University and Technology Centre of Vichy, in the centre of town, in a park beside the river. The school offers thirty classrooms, a lecture hall, a multi media research centre and four multi-media laboratories.

Lessons

The French lessons take place from 9am to 12 Monday to Friday. They are organised by levels (elementary to advanced). You will be in a group of ten to fifteen students of a similar level. The lessons integrate the four main language skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing.

Activities

The activity programme in Vichy includes tennis, sailing, horse riding, golf, swimming, canoe kayak, table tennis, squash, moutain biking, basket-ball, volley-ball, badminton, skiing on grass, archery, evening entertainment and excursions on the weekends.

Accommodation

The programme can be booked with or without accommodation.

The younger children aged 12 to 14 can stay in a family accommodation centre in the countryside (10km from Vichy). There are 3 to 5 kids per bedroom. The centre can welcome 16 students max. Professional supervision 24/24

The older ones aged 15 to 16 can stay in a residence close to the Campus in Vichy town (30 students max): 2 to 3 kids per bedroom. The team taking care of the children during the day stay with them during the evening and night.
