Montpellier is a lively university city with year-round sunshine. It has something to offer all tastes including the beautiful and historic old town with trendy shops and open-air cafés, the modern and impressive Antigone area with its Olympic-size swimming pool. The sandy beaches and warm waters of the Mediterranean are also just 8 km away.

The School

The school is situated on the first floor of a seventeenth century town house right in the heart of Montpellier, two minutes away from Place de la Comédie. It offers a reception area, six classrooms, a staff-room, a local information centre and a roof-terrace.

Lessons

This course consists of general lessons from 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday and two afternoons from 2pm to 4.30pm. They are organised by levels (beginners to advanced) and comprise a maximum of ten students. Particular attention is paid to improving speaking and listening skills.

Activities

During the summer there is a full and varied activity programme in which you may participate on a pay as you go basis. Throughout the year the school will propose a limited number of activities, subject to student number. If you want to do an activity which is not on the programme, don't hesitate to ask the school to help you organise it!

Activities in Montpellier include cinema and theatre visits, wine tasting, various excursions (Camargue National Park, Nimes, Avignon), swimming in the Olympic-size pool, ice-skating, tennis and beach volleyball.

Accommodation

The course can be booked with or without accommodation. The following types of accommodation are available: host family (B&B or half board) or student residence (self catering, B&B or Half Board). Please ask us for more detailed information.
