Seville is a beautiful city with fantastic historical and cultural heritage. You will be charmed by its lively atmosphere, the open and friendly nature of its people and the great climate.
The SchoolThe school in Seville was opened in 1983. It welcomes 2000 students each year. Location: The language school is located in a modern, fully equipped and refurbished historical mansion in the heart of Seville, a short walk from all the major places of interest. Facilities: The school offers 30 air conditioned and fully equipped classrooms, a large patio, a modern roof top terrace with WIFI network, a multimedia room and a bookshop. Students: The school welcomes students of all ages from 17 years old. The average age is 25. Students come from the US and Canada, Germany, the UK, Scandinavia, Holland, Switzerland, France, etc. Bank Holidays: There are no lessons on Spanish national holidays. Missed lessons are neither rescheduled nor refunded. The school has the following affiliations or memberships: Instituto Cervantes, IH, CSN LessonsThe Spanish lessons take place from 9.15 am to 1pm Monday to Friday. They are organised by levels (beginners to advanced) and comprise a maximum of ten students. The lessons integrate the four main language skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing. ActivitiesThe Flamenco lessons take place in the afternoon Monday to Thursday. You will receive theoretical and practical instruction in a renowned and professional Flamenco academy. Additional private guitar, singing or Flamenco percussion lessons can also be arranged. The school also offers an activity programme in which you may participate on a pay as you go basis (some activities are free). If you want to do an activity which is not on the programme, don't hesitate to ask the school to help you organise it! Activities in Seville include talks on Spanish history, cookery classes, wine tasting, guided visits to different monuments and museums in Seville, excursions to Cadiz, Carmona, the beach, weekend trips to Granada and Morocco. AccommodationThe course can be booked with or without accommodation. Types of accommodation in Seville include flat share, host family, halls of residence, private apartment and hotel.
