Two great opportunities to improve your Spanish and at the same time enjoy a few dives. In Granada the course consists of Spanish lessons during the week and a diving weekend (two dives included). In Tenerife, the course consists of Spanish lessons in the mornings and diving lessons each afternoon preparing you for the PADI certificates of Open Water Diving.

Tenerife is called the "island of eternal Spring" because of its very enjoyable climate. During the cooler days it rarely gets under 15 degrees and in hotter days it rarely gets above 30 degrees. Puerto de la Cruz (where the school is located) is the second largest city on the island. It has a great tradition as a place of relaxation.
The SchoolThe school in Tenerife was opened in 2000. It welcomes around 630 students each year. Location: The school is located in a traditional Canaries building about 5 minutes walk from the Martianez Beach and 10 minutes walk from the city hall. Facilities: The school has seven bright classrooms, a patio with lovely plants, multimedia classrooms and a recreational area with television, library and DVDs. Students: The school welcomes students of all ages from 18 years old to students in their 80ies. The average age is 25. Students come from the US, Germany, the UK, Scandinavia, Holland, France and Canada, etc. Bank Holidays: There are no lessons on Spanish national holidays. Missed lessons are neither rescheduled nor refunded. The school has the following affiliations or memberships: Instituto Cervantes, CEELE, AELE, ALTO, GWEA LessonsThe Spanish lessons take place from 9am to 1pm Monday to Friday. They are organised by levels (beginners to advanced) and comprise a maximum of eight students. The lessons integrate the four main language skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing. The school in Tenerife offers an extra lesson each day covering Spanish and Latin American culture and civilization. The maximum number of students for these extra classes is 16. ActivitiesWith a wide variety of dive sites, abundant marine life and shipwrecks to discover, Tenerife has a lot to offer to keep even the most experienced and adventurous divers occupied for several weeks. Tenerife is a volcanic island, all dives are relatively close to shore and most are only within a 15 min boat ride, with the average water temperature being 20 to 24 degrees. There are two courses on offer:
