A lovely programme designed for students over 50 years of age, wishing to improve their Spanish language skills while being immersed in a Spanish-speaking region. The programme consists of Spanish lessons in the mornings and activities in the afternoons and some evenings.

Seville is a beautiful city with fantastic historical and cultural heritage. You will be charmed by its lively atmosphere, the open and friendly nature of its people and the great climate.
The SchoolThe school in Seville was opened in 1983. It welcomes 2000 students each year. Location: The language school is located in a modern, fully equipped and refurbished historical mansion in the heart of Seville, a short walk from all the major places of interest. Facilities: The school offers 30 air conditioned and fully equipped classrooms, a large patio, a modern roof top terrace with WIFI network, a multimedia room and a bookshop. Students: The school welcomes students of all ages from 17 years old. The average age is 25. Students come from the US and Canada, Germany, the UK, Scandinavia, Holland, Switzerland, France, etc. Bank Holidays: There are no lessons on Spanish national holidays. Missed lessons are neither rescheduled nor refunded. The school has the following affiliations or memberships: Instituto Cervantes, IH, CSN LessonsThe Spanish lessons take place from 9.15 am to 1pm Monday to Friday. They are organised by levels (elementary to upper intermediate) and comprise a maximum of eight students. The lessons mainly focus on oral expression as well as social and cultural aspects rather than grammar analysis and written skills. ActivitiesThe programme includes welcome drinks, cultural activities (4 afternoons or evenings per week), one theater evening, one meal with the teacher, one full day excursion. The school also offers an activity programme in which you may participate on a pay as you go basis (some activities are free). If you want to do an activity which is not on the programme, don't hesitate to ask the school to help you organise it! Activities in Seville include talks on Spanish history, cookery classes, Sevillana dance lessons, Salsa classes, wine tasting, guided visits to different monuments and museums in Seville, excursions to Cadiz, Carmona, the beach, weekend trips to Granada and Morocco. AccommodationThe course can be booked with or without accommodation. Types of accommodation in Seville include flat share, host family, halls of residence, private apartment and hotel.
