   Experience Language is a small company. As such, we are able to get to know our clients personally and offer them ongoing customer service.

   As an independent language travel company, we are able to give you impartial advice. Note that we do not own any language schools.

   The schools we work with are mainly accredited institutions. We have selected them for their friendliness, the personal care they offer students, their academic standards and their social and cultural programmes. The teachers are all fully qualified native speakers.

4. Competitive Prices, no Administration Fee.

   Experience Language does not charge any fees! The prices we give you are those advertised by the schools. As agents, we work on a commission basis and do not need to add to the schools' prices. You can pay in Euros (price quoted) or in Sterling (ask us for the exchange rate). Note that most schools add a booking fee which is included in our course prices.

5. 24h Service Contact when Abroad.

   Experience Language has a 24h service phone line for emergencies (this number is given to clients before their trip).

6. Member of ALTO (Association of Language Travel Organisations)

   The ALTO association has approximately 170 members in 40 countries all over the globe. ALTO member organisations place tens of thousands of young people in quality language and educational travel programmes every year. They all follow a common ALTO quality charter.

7. Member of WYSETC (The World Youth Student & Educational Travel Confederation)

   The World Youth Student & Educational (WYSE) Travel Confederation was founded in 2006 with the merger of the Federation of International Youth Travel Organisations (FIYTO) and the International Student Travel Confederation (ISTC). The WYSE Travel Confederation comprises 550+ members.
